Serving for 30 years in the water industry, Mr. Tom Coleman is the General Manager of Rowland Water District in Rowland Heights.

He has significant expertise at managing complex water resources in the region having served as Executive Director of Bellflower Somerset Mutual Water Company for almost two years and General Manager of Orchard Dale Water District in Whittier for six years, where he founded and chaired the Central Basin Small Water Producers Group.

From 1999-2007, Mr. Coleman held an array of water management positions with the City of Alhambra.

Beginning his career in 1991 as an operations technician with Park Water Company in Downey, Mr. Coleman has earned certifications in multiple areas including treatment, delivery, resource management and leadership.

He holds a State of California Grade V Water Distribution Certificate and a Grade III Water Treatment Certificate.
