GROUNDWATER
Improving sustainability of groundwater supplies is key to our commitment to smart, innovative, and integrated water management.
RECYCLED WATER
Water is too precious to use just once. Purified wastewater can be used to irrigate landscapes, in industrial process, and to recharge groundwater basins.

PROJECT SUPPLIES
A state project to modernize the state’s water delivery system relied upon by 27 million Californians is undergoing an environmental review process.

Water agencies and others are working together to overcome a legacy of groundwater contamination from historical agricultural and industrial practices.
