Jessica Taylor is the Director of Operations for California American Water where she oversees the utility’s operations in our Ventura, Los Angeles, and San Diego County districts, serving approximately 70,000 customer connections.

Jessica has been with California American Water since 2012 starting at the San Diego operations center, then moving to Los Angeles to serve as the company’s liaison to the CPUC Consumer Affairs Bureau, then an Operations Supervisor, and then the District’s Operations Manager.

She is an alumni of San Diego State University and the University of Illinois, where she studied Social Work and Business. Prior to California American Water, she was a Realtor and property manager in San Diego.
