Mr. Dave Michalko is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and has been working for Valencia Heights Water Company for more than 35 years. He became the General Manager in 1995 and has served in that capacity ever since.

He has served on the Board of the San Gabriel Valley Water Association since 2003 and served as President from 2017 through 2019. He has served on the Main San Gabriel Basin Watermaster since 2012 and is currently the Vice Chairman.

Dave is a charter member of the California Association of Mutual Water Company’s (CAMWC). CAMWC was formed in 2013 to protect the rights of Mutual water companies and their Stockholders as the voice of small systems.

He also currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Joint Powers Risk and Insurance Management Authority
