Mr. Benjamin Lewis Jr. is Golden State Water Company’s district manager for the Foothill District, which encompasses Claremont, San Dimas, and San Gabriel customer service areas and the cities they serve.

Mr. Lewis has over 25 five years of experience in the water industry working for private and public agencies. During the course of the 25 years, he has worked in and held a number of managerial roles in multiple states.

Mr. Lewis has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly the University of Missouri-Rolla) and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas.

Mr. Lewis is a member of AWWA and ASCE.
