With over three decades of experience in the water utility industry, Mr. Galindo currently holds the position of Vice President of Field Operations for Suburban Water Systems, a role he has been in since November 2020. Prior to this, he was the General Manager for the La Puente Valley County Water District from January 2008 to November 2020. His earlier roles include Quality Assurance Manager with Suburban Water Systems and Water Systems Supervisor for the Monte Vista Water District.

Throughout his career, Mr. Galindo has gained experience working with various types of water agencies, including three Special Districts, a Mutual Water Company, and an Investor Owned Utility. He is certified as a Grade 4 Operator in both Treatment and Distribution by the State of California and holds an AWWA Cross Control Specialist certification and Advanced Water Treatment Operator Grade 3 certification.

In addition to his current role, Mr. Galindo serves as an advisory member of the Main San Gabriel Basin Watermaster’s Administrative, Finance and Basin Water Management Committees. He has also served as the President of the San Gabriel Valley Water Association in the past.
