Mr. Dennis Ahlen is the Deputy Director of Utilities for the City of Alhambra. He has been with the City of Alhambra for 14 years. Prior to working for the City of Alhambra,

Mr. Ahlen worked for Golden State Water Company as the Water Supply Superintendent for the Foothill District, and he has 28 years of experience in the water industry. Mr. Ahlen is an alternate on the Raymond Basin Board.

Mr. Ahlen earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. He holds a State of California State Water Resources Control Board Grade 5 Operator License in Water Distribution and a Grade 4 Operator License in Water Treatment.
