State Water Resources Control Board: Draft 2016 Emergency Conservation Regulation

On January 15, 2016, the State Water Resources Control Board issued draft language extending the Emergency Conservation Regulations which were a result of Governor Jerry Brown's January 17, 2014, proclamation of a state of emergency under the California Emergency Services Act due to current drought conditions.
