Established to promote, maintain, and coordinate the quantity and quality of San Gabriel Valley water
Annual Membership Luncheon
November 12, 2015
SGVWA heard today from Debra Man, COO of Metropolitan Water District, and Anthony Gonsalves, Association lobbyist about the future of local water supply reliability and key legislative activity from this past year.
Mr. Gonsalves provided a recap of the 2015 California legislative year and highlighted the progress made on particular legislative items with which the Association was closely involved. He described the current legislative climate and explained that this next year would be highly influenced by the change in Senate and Assembly leadership. He and his office will be instrumental to the Association as we enter the next year with renewed focus and commitment to the water supply and water quality issues facing the San Gabriel Valley.
Thank you to all those who attended!
